Mushrooms...ham....wine...yum????

OMG total yummmm! I was scrounging my fridge for food and found nothing but mushrooms a chunk of ham and red wine! I thought why not make a ham mushroom red wine ragou?! Well damn best idea I have had in weeks lol I added some seasoning and a little cream and simmered it away.... And bam, the aromas filled the house! I placed it on some tender egg noodles and devoured! My best creation lately for sure:) mushroom ragou pasta <3

This was the cake I started in the Wilton cake class. I ended up making more fondant roses at home and finished it off! Beautiful! The fondant is even made out of marshmallows.... Yummmmm;)

Halloween Cookie time!

So this my third try at piping on cookies, I am getting a little better! just practice practice!

I decided to make halloween cookies just cause of the time of year. They are gifts for the staff at the College i just graduated from. I hope they enjoy them.

They are not just cookies.... They are bouquets:D my first ever try at this!!
