this was a test batch for a order i got for saturday. One of the ladies at the party is allergic to eggs so here are the vegan style cupcakes,they taste great. Alittle like pancakes.

from milk to cheese

i know i never blog and i wish i did, tis why i have no followers except u Krista lol omg i made fresh fine mozzarella cheese that is so fantastic u cant stop eating it. Well the fresh milk was literally milked from our cow this morning then i made this magic later today!!!! OHHHH would be amazing on home style pizza!!!

Mushrooms...ham....wine...yum????

OMG total yummmm! I was scrounging my fridge for food and found nothing but mushrooms a chunk of ham and red wine! I thought why not make a ham mushroom red wine ragou?! Well damn best idea I have had in weeks lol I added some seasoning and a little cream and simmered it away.... And bam, the aromas filled the house! I placed it on some tender egg noodles and devoured! My best creation lately for sure:) mushroom ragou pasta <3
